Pilgrimage to Kataragama...

We go to Kataragama in December every year.mom,dad,siblings and the whole family join in the journey.We last visited Kataragam in 2019.I look forword to the day of Kataragama.befor leaving,we packed everything we needed for our trip.
we left that day at about noon.we went in a van.I quickly got in to the van and sat in the back seat by the window.I love looking around the road on a trip.our trip was a lot of fun.everyone sings together.as we pass Udawalawa,we come across a large number of animals such as Elephants🐘and Peacocks🦚.at that point we stopped the van and watched the animals.
 the journey resumed  and we stopped at the rest house.it was then about 6 p.m.at that place we cleaned ourselves,dressed in white and left for Katargama god temple at night.that time was very cool and beautiful.many people were present at the got temple at that time.we entered the temple after buying a few jars of fruit for sale on the god temple grounds to offer to god.we came out after offering fruit🍎🍇🍉🥑🍍 to the god kataragama and receiveng blessings from the god.we came out and took photos.

at that time we also listened to a sermon delivered by the prime minister Mahinda Rajapaksha in a shed next to the god temple.Mr.Mahinda Rajapaksha was also present.the we headed back to the lodge.we went to the that place,washed our boddy and  had dinner and then after a friendly family discussion we slept around 11 p.m.

Then next morning we took everything and left to worship at Kiriwehera.we have to go to Kiriwehera by pass the Menik river.then we went to Sella Kataragama. 


There was a big Eliphant.we went ahead and watched it's play.a small river flows near the kovill.we stayed there for a while,washed our hands and feet and after cooling down we went to the temple above.on the way to the temple I felt very sensitive when I saw small children selling flowers on the side of the road.from them we bought Lotus flowers and went upstairs.

 



Here are the pictures I took with my sisters🙄.The Dagoba was designed so that one could go inside it.the echo that rose as I entered made a strange impression on my heart.we entered it,offered flowers🌸💐🌼🌹,sat for a while and observe pansil.later,as we left Sella Kataragama,we picked up sweets and stratues from the shop along the way.then we went to the beach where we spent a lot of time playing.we had lunch there and left to go back home.we all rode in the van having fun screaming and sing🎵🎶.it was past 1a.m in the morning when we got home.we have not been able to go to Kataragama in these two years due to the covid epidemicbut as soon as it is over we go back  to Kataragama.

The first day I was hospitalized🤕....

I was about six years old.One saturday I was playing with three of my friends.an older brother run fast in front of me.but I did not see it.he hit my body fast and run forward.I remember I fell to the ground as fast as brother hit my body.   My aunt screamd and run and hugged me.she cried and touched my head.I remember a lot of people around me.The neighborhood little brother brought his colon bottle and put it my head.but I was on the throne.My mother took a glass of water and rhine sprayed water on my face.it made me feel cold.how hard they tried,I dedn't regain consciousness. When I regained consciousness I was in a hospital bed.I was given saline.At that moment,my mother lovingly hugged me.the doctor had told my mother that I was unconscious because I had fallen so  fast,but I was not in a big accident.

I'm going to tell about my brother....
